Polyester zine
Founded by myself in 2014, Polyester is one of London's leading, independently published, feminist identity and culture publications.
Published annually, the print addition runs alongside a regularly updated online membership platform and the weekly Polyester Podcast — as well as hosting semi-regular events such as curated exhibitions, panels, and launch parties.
Currently on its eighth print issue, Polyester has featured work by, and profiled, some of the leading voices in contemporary culture — including Tinashe, Gemma Collins, Ziwe, Mine Le, Tommy Dorfman, Tavi Gevinson, Cupcakke, Polly Nor, Pussy Riot, Amelia Dimoldenberg, Courtney Love, and more.
With over 200,000 readers worldwide, and a top 10 podcast in the Apple Podcasts Society & Culture category, Polyester nurtures community through a feminist, inclusive, and authentic lens.
We've worked with brands such as Valentino, Mubi, Monki, Dr. Martens, Focus Features, Heaven by Marc Jacobs, Melissa Shoes, Collusion, Converse, Nike, Lovebox Festival, Tate Modern, The BFI and more on commercial sponsorships, partnerships, events, and collaborations.
Selected press for the publication includes: i-D, Dazed, The Guardian, Style Bubble, Huck, Broadly, Refinery29, Bustle, British Vogue, NYLON.
